About Lisa
After more than twenty years of leading high performance teams with hands-on experience delivering business results across Technology, Financial Services and HR/Benefits Outsourcing industries, Lisa founded Weil Consulting, LLC. She sees the need for a product and management consulting firm that can help businesses improve the value of their product and service portfolio, using fact-based product lifecycle management processes with practical implementations.
Lisa has experience managing complex product portfolios, reviving mature products, developing and launching new products, and guiding smart growth and profitability. She has directed over $280m in system investments, and improved profitability, quality and customer loyalty across five major product lines. She has defined and implemented practical product life cycle management processes that have made immediate positive impacts to the business, and are still in place today. She has also instituted numerous market feedback and customer loyalty processes that have reduced time to market for products that customers value.
Lisa was most recently a Senior Vice President at Fidelity Investments, where during her twelve year tenure, she held various product leadership roles, spanning across the Institutional and Retail markets. She was responsible for developing and launching the Fidelity Retirement Income Evaluator, an industry-leading income planning web-based tool reaching more 400 broker/dealers and 80,000 investment professionals. Lisa also led Fidelity's Retirement Product Line, providing 401k and DB Record keeping services for over 150 Fortune 500 clients and 5 million individual investors, generating $1B in revenue and improving operating margins by 18 percent. Prior to joining Fidelity, she spent nearly ten years, in a variety of technical consulting and product roles in the Software industry. She has traveled extensively and spoken at industry conferences. Lisa holds a BS in Computer Science from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts.
